Verification is a trust signal that helps members identify legitimate, established businesses on The Salon Hub. A verified badge Verifiedappears on your profile to show other members that your business has been reviewed and approved.
For Salons & Suppliers
Verification shows potential partners and customers that your business is established, professional, and trustworthy.
For Professionals
Verification demonstrates your qualifications and professional standing in the beauty industry.
To be eligible for verification, your business must meet the following criteria:
Complete Business Profile
All required fields must be filled in, including business name, contact details, and address.
Valid Business Contact Information
A working phone number and email address that can be used for verification purposes.
Active Account Status
Your account must be in good standing with no outstanding issues or violations.
Evidence of Trading (Suppliers Only)
Suppliers may be asked to provide company registration documents or evidence of trading history.
Professional Qualifications (Professionals Only)
Beauty professionals may need to provide evidence of relevant qualifications or certifications.
Complete Your Profile
Ensure all required information is filled in accurately on your profile.
Request Verification
You can request verification by redeeming the "Verification Priority" reward (1,000 points) in the Rewards Shop, or by contacting our support team.
Admin Review
Our team will review your profile and may contact you for additional information if needed. This typically takes 1-3 business days.
Verification Granted
Once approved, a verified badge will appear on your profile in the directory.
Skip the Queue with Points
Members can use 1,000 points to redeem the "Verification Priority" reward in the Rewards Shop. This moves your verification request to the front of the queue for priority processing.
Note: This reward can only be redeemed once per account.
Certain rewards in the Rewards Shop can only be redeemed once per account. These include:
- Verification Priority - Once verified, you remain verified permanently.
- Certificate of Excellence - You may only obtain one certificate per account.
- Insurance Discount Voucher - One voucher per account to ensure fair distribution.
- •Verification is permanent unless revoked for policy violations.
- •The Salon Hub reserves the right to refuse or revoke verification at its discretion.
- •Providing false or misleading information during verification may result in account suspension.
- •Verification does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of quality of services.
- •Members are responsible for maintaining accurate profile information after verification.
